One night stay before leaving on the next segment of our trip. The desk clerk who checked us in was great. Spoke very good English and made us laugh many times with his jokes and commentary. After a long travel day, his personality quickly put us in the right frame of mind to enjoy the neighbourhood cafés and restaurants.

The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect close to many wonderful restaurants and things to do and see. I would stay at this hotel again.

Everything is as advertised, nice hotel in a good location, nice helpful staff(they speak english too which was nice), good breakfast and good room&beds.

Excellent location in Palermo close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very quieter than the more established group hotels and would certainly go back there if we are in Buenos Aires
